Q: How do we send you our old clothes?
A: You can have it dropped off or sent across via any delivery app, please don’t forget to provide our number so we can coordinate a hassle free delivery for you (+919820250486).
Q: What kind of colours can you tie dye on?
A: Ideally you would use white or any light shades as the colour will show best the lighter the garment is but if you would like to upcycle a darker shade do not worry we can bleach dye it for you. The final outcome on each piece is unique and always a pleasant surprise.
Q: What material do you require?
A: We currently work with cotton garments only as it shows the best results. If you are not sure of the fabric do not hesitate to contact us and we will clarify your doubts before you have to send it across.
Q: What is the pricing like?
A: The price for upcycling your garment starts at Rs. 1,000. If you want two colours it is Rs. 1,200 and for four colours it is Rs. 1,400. Click Here to go to our upcycle page.
Q: How do I place a bulk order?
A: DM us on insta or contact us on whatsapp with your bulk order request and we will try our best to customize it to your requirements.
Shipping
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We love being an all inclusive brand so yes of course we do! Standard shipping rates apply.
Q: How long before I receive my garments?
A: As each manufactured piece is hand dyed and pre-washed to minimise the waste of fabric, both upcycled pieces and pieces from our collection will be shipped within 7 working days. Due to Covid-19 there might be some delays in receiving your order but we are trying our best to get your order to you in time.
Return
Q: Can I return my item?
A: We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product is deemed as faulty as each piece is made to order. Ofcourse, if there is any defect in your product we shall surely take it back and offer you a refund or a new piece.
Q: What if an item I receive is a faulty piece?
A: We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please get in touch with us with photos of the item indicating the defect or item received.
Care & Handling
Q: How do I wash my garment?
A: If colour dyed - wash alone on a cold wash. If bleach dyed - wash with similar colours on a cold wash. Do not tumble dry.
